Meet Our Leadership Team

Our Staff:

Danny Pierce - Lead Pastor

Danny comes from a long line of New Englanders and has a passion to see the gospel proclaimed throughout the region. He and his wife, Lisa, have four children and served Jesus in Southeast Asia alongside amazing, sacrificial local partners for 7 years before returning to the US in 2018.  Danny gets excited about teaching the Bible in a variety of settings, which he has been able to do in leading Bible training programs for our Antioch International staff and now back here in Massachusetts.

Danny and Lisa are both graduates of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and are excited to see God transform lives in Quincy and the surrounding area.

Alex Moger - Ministries Coordinator, ADS Director

Alex grew up in Connecticut and did his undergraduate studies at Boston College, graduating with a degree in History in 2017.  He is currently working on a MA degree in Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.  Alex served on staff at Antioch Brighton for two years as College Ministry Resident before joining the church planting team launching to Quincy.  He also served one year as Interim Youth Pastor for all of Antioch New England.  In addition to his job at Antioch Quincy, Alex serves as the Director for the Antioch Discipleship School, serving all five churches in the Greater Boston area.

Alex wants his life to demonstrate the zealous, sacrificial, radically obedient, and an others-first mentality found throughout Scripture. He is dedicated to being, and creating authentic, committed, lifelong followers of Jesus. In his free time, he coaches varsity soccer and basketball at a local high school.  He loves a little friendly competition and never says no to a challenge.

Kendra Aguilar - Communications &  Administration

Kendra graduated from Baylor University where she received her BA degree in Communications in 1998.  She and her family moved to the Boston area in 2006 and quickly became involved at Antioch Community Church.  Kendra and her husband Mike live in Milton and have five daughters and three sons (along with a daughter in law and grandbaby!).

Kendra values good communication and loves pastoring women.  Kendra feels her call from the Lord is to strengthen the women of God and see them live out the promises of Isaiah 35:5-8.

Kelly O’Keefe - Worship Leader

Kelly came to know Jesus personally in college, and had her life radically altered while following Him as a student at Texas A&M.  She moved to Boston in 2015, attended the Antioch Discipleship School in Brighton, and was a member of the worship team there.  Kelly’s passion lies in helping others experience the presence of the Lord in worship, as well as engaging in prayer and intercession for the Lord’s work in the Quincy area and beyond.
